We are offering FREE SHIPPING worldwide!

We have warehouses in both New Zealand and China.

For NZ and Australia customers, depending on where we have products available, we will be shipping from there. Which means your product can either be shipped from our New Zealand warehouse or our China warehouse.

For rest of the world, your orders will be shipped from our China warehouse.

We are not responsible for any customs charges that your country charge you, for ordering outside of your country. This is not a charge that we can foresee as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Delivery Time Frame

Please see below for shipping times:

For NZ Customers:

Ship out from Shipping Time Frame
NZ Warehouse Tracked 2-4 working days
China Warehouse Tracked 5-15 working days (depending on customs clearance)

For Australia Customers:

Ship out from Shipping Time Frame
NZ Warehouse Non Tracked 4-10 working days (depending on customs clearance)
China Warehouse Tracked 5-15 working days (depending on customs clearance)

For Rest of the World:

Ship out from Shipping Time Frame
China Warehouse Tracked 5-15 working days (depending on customs clearance)

Processing

  • In-stock items purchased from Enviable Curves ship in 1-3 business days (excluding holidays or weekends).
  • Orders placed on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following business day.
  • If you purchased a ‘Backorder‘ product (which means the product is currently out of stock), it will be processed and ship to you as soon as the stock arrived at our warehouse.

Tracking

  • If your product is shipped by a tracked service, tracking information will be updated within 1-3 days after the product is shipped.
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated.
  • Tracking information can also be checked through My Account page.  After logging in, open the order you want to check by clicking the ‘View” button. In the view order screen, you can click on the ‘Track” button to find out all the latest shipping status update this order

  • If the tracking shows that your product has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at customerservice@enviablecurves.co.nz
