Returns & Exchanges
All sales are FINAL. As much as we’d like to accommodate your refund/return & exchange requests, we are UNABLE to due to the initimate nature of the product (undergarment) and hygienic reasons . Hence, please strictly follow our guidelines on How to Measure Yourself and choose your size carefully. If you are unsure about your size, please email email@example.com and we’d be happy to assist you.
In the case that your item is faulty or our Distribution Center sent you the wrong item by mistake, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement product.
Cancellations must take place IMMEDIATELY, please email us at email@example.com with the Subject line being ORDER CANCELLATION! However, if your order has already been processed by our Distribution Center, we can no longer cancel it and your package will be shipped to you—all rejected item at the time of the delivery will have a restock fee of 20%.
Once your order is made it CAN NOT be changed, so please double check your order details before checking out and make sure to provide a complete shipping address (including zip code if applicable) to avoid delays on your order.
